All of our products are inspected upon arrival and thereafter on a daily basis, in order to verify how ripe they are, to monitor their external quality and their taste quality.

Preservation / storage
Lemons are fruits with a long shelf-life. Ideally they should be stored in the fridge (4/5°C), which will allow you to store them for 3/4 weeks. If stored at room temperature, they will dry out more quickly and will loose their flavour quality.
