Ginger
Coming from India and Malaysia, this spice is the horizontal rhizomes of the subterranean part of a perennial herbaceous plant of tropical or subtropical climate. Ginger has a slightly spicy, slightly lemon flavour. It is eaten fresh, grated, candied or dried.
Quality Control
All of our products are inspected upon arrival and thereafter on a daily basis, in order to verify how ripe they are, to monitor their external quality and their taste quality.
