All of our products are inspected upon arrival and thereafter on a daily basis, in order to verify how ripe they are, to monitor their external quality and their taste quality.

Preservation / storage
As an exotic product, sweet potato must be stored at a temperature slightly above that in a refrigerator (8/12°C). Above this temperature, the ripening process of the fruit will be accelerated.
