THE SELECTION BY GEORGES HELFER

The quality flavour of eating grapes imported fro Latin America, Africa and Asia.

Moscatel

Little pearls of luxury

The Moscatel grape is a very sweet eating grape, generally composed of small berry-like fruits with an exceptional flavour. We import them primarily from Chile.

RedGlobe

Large red marbles

An eating grape that is very fruity with a crisp skin, the Red Globe is a variety of grape with large berries, with a dark red colour, verging on purple.

Thompson Seedless

The seedless white grape

A seedless white grape variety with a rather soft and sweet flesh, Thompson Seedless are of average size and slightly elongated. Their crisp skin is green, with hints of golden yellow. We import them primarily from South Africa and India. Ideal for making fresh grape juice.

Sugraone

The little brother of the Thompson Seedless

A seedless white grape variety for eating, with a soft and sweet flesh, Sugraone (pronounced shuh-grown) grape berries are of average size. Their skin is crisp and green, with hints of golden yellow. We import them exclusively from South Africa.

Flame Seedless

The seedless red grape

A red, seedless grape variety. The berries of the Flame Seedless are generally rather large (smaller than the RedGlobe), crisp and dark red in colour. Their flavour is of average sweetness and slightly acidic. We import them primarily from Chile and South Africa.

Passion for product

A range of quality flavours that aim to meet consumer expectations

Quality Control

All of our products are inspected upon arrival and thereafter on a daily basis, in order to verify how ripe they are, to monitor their external quality and their taste quality.

Packaging

5kg crate (transported by aeroplane) / 4.5kg crate / 8.2kg crate

Preservation / storage

In order to keep your grapes as long as possible, place the entire bunch in the refrigerator. A temperature of 0/2°C is ideal, and at this they may last for 1 week. In spite of this, we advise that you eat them soon after purchase (2/3 days) to avoid them ripening too quickly.
