Maturing and ripening
Upon request, and in accordance with precise specifications, we accelerate the fruit ripening process by placing it in a ripening room. Our cutting edge ripening rooms,which are fully automated, enable the circulation of hot air around the pallets, thus ripening the fruit evenly. Our ripener ensure the proper progression of the ripening process, 7 days a week, and checks each pallet, crate by crate, piece by piece, prior to every dispatch.
All of our products are inspected upon arrival and thereafter on a daily basis, in order to verify how ripe they are, to monitor their external quality and their taste quality.

Preservation / storage
To allow your avocado to ripen naturally, store it at room temperature. If you believe that your avocado is ripening too quickly, you can slow down its ripening by placing it in the fridge (+5/6°C)
