All of our products are inspected upon arrival and thereafter on a daily basis, in order to verify how ripe they are, to monitor their external quality and their taste quality.

Preservation / storage
Stored in a very cool environment (0/2°C), your lychee will retain a soft husk, guaranteeing maximum flavour quality. Stored at room temperature, the husk will harden, your lychee will not keep for as long and will loose its flavour after a few days.
